Kitchens old and new!

At Mitamysi Secondary School there is now a new kitchen with energy efficient jikos so great quantities of wood are no longer required for cooking.  This preserves the environment near Mwingi Natural Reserve and takes a big burden from families - particularly women and girls.  The old and new kitchens could scarcely be more different.  In fact the new storeroom is currently being used by the headteacher as an office!
